Welcome to Srinagar – The Lake City Arrive at Srinagar Airport, where you’ll be warmly greeted by a representative from PerfectPlannersTourAndTravels. They will assist you with your luggage and provide a comfortable transfer to your hotel in Srinagar. (Please ensure your arrival details are shared with us at least 7 days in advance.) Your Royal Kashmir Tour officially begins as you step into the mesmerizing city of Srinagar. After check-in, enjoy a peaceful transfer to a traditional houseboat on Dal Lake. The day unfolds with a visit to the iconic Mughal Gardens—Chashme Shahi, Nishat Bagh, and Shalimar Bagh—renowned for their timeless beauty and serene surroundings. Later, explore a local handicraft showroom where you can shop for authentic Kashmiri treasures, including handwoven shawls, intricately designed carpets, and more. In the evening, take a leisurely walk along the banks of Dal Lake and soak in the vibrant local life and market scene. Overnight stay at your hotel in Srinagar.
Early in the morning, head to Pahalgam, the "Valley of Shepherds," where the Lidder River meets Sheeshnag Lake. Visit the ancient Awantipura Ruins, explore the scenic beauty of Baisaran, and optionally venture to Aru Valley and Chandanwari (additional cost applies). Return to Srinagar in the evening for a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel, then check in to your houseboat.
