1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings with PerfectPlanners Tour and Travel are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment and written confirmation from our team.
2. Payment Policy
A specified percentage of the total tour cost must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared before the commencement of the tour. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
3. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in government taxes, fuel charges, hotel tariffs, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected unless mandated by law.
4. Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification and any required travel documents during the trip. The company will not be liable for issues arising due to incomplete documentation.
5. Changes in Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, natural calamities, road closures, political disturbances, or any circumstances beyond our control, ensuring alternative arrangements wherever possible.
6. Liability
PerfectPlanners Tour and Travel acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and guides. We are not responsible for delays, accidents, losses, or injuries caused by third-party service providers.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour package, the client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
