1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are processed based on the applicable cancellation charges mentioned above.
2. Processing Time
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services such as flight tickets, special permits, peak-season hotel bookings, and customized services may be non-refundable as per supplier policies.
4. Force Majeure
No refunds will be provided for cancellations due to natural disasters, weather disruptions, political unrest, or other force majeure events beyond our control. However, we will try to provide alternative solutions wherever possible.
